This August through early November, Shandon will Live Sent in Kenya, Uganda, South Asia and Cuba – and registration deadlines are quickly approaching! Register online under the Missions tab at Shandon.org, or email to connect with trip leaders for these adult trips.

Aug 30-Sep 8 | Nairobi, Kenya

Shandon will return to Nairobi to assist Stephen Dinkins, a local missionary originally from the Midlands. We will help build relationship with a local school through beautification, education, and construction projects, with the hope of opening that school to the influence of the Gospel.

Oct 1-10 | Uganda Refugee Camps

In partnership with Empower One, Shandon will return to Uganda to teach seminary students and lead Bible study, encourage local pastors and church planters, and engage in one-on-one evangelism. A second Empower One trip is in the works for January 2019.

Trip Leader: John Barnes | Max team size: 8 | $3500 due in full by September 1

Oct 26-Nov 3 | South Asia House Churches

Shandon will minister to local pastors and lay leaders, sharing our faith and teaching others to do the same. We will be working with Tree of Life, a network of Indian nationals organized by IMB missionaries.

Trip Leader: Rob Ransom | Max team size: 6 | $2100 due in full by September 14

Oct 29-Nov 3 | Cuba House Churches

In partnership with Live School and missionary Rob White, Shandon will return to Cuba to teach and encourage local church leaders, engage in street evangelism, and conduct children’s Bible clubs. A similar trip is planned for late spring/early summer 2019.

Trip Leader: Dennis Banks | Max Team Size: 20 | $1800 due in full by September 30

*Attend a Cuba Interest Meeting at 6:30pm this Wednesday in the Chapel, immediately following Bible Study.
