At Shandon, leadership development is a pathway—not a program. Our Leadership Pipeline exists to MAKE, MATURE, and MULTIPLY disciples of Jesus Christ by helping individuals discern calling, grow in spiritual maturity, and be equipped for faithful service in the Church and beyond. Through intentional discipleship, mentoring, and real ministry experience, we trust God to raise up and send leaders for His mission. Shandon Summer Internship
Equipping young leaders to serve Christ with integrity and excellence is a high calling.
Shandon Summer Internship is an 8-week paid internship that exists to help young leaders discover, develop, and strengthen a foundation for ministry through intentional learning (head), personal spiritual growth (heart), and front-lines ministry opportunities (hands). This internship cultivates a gospel-centered, nurturing environment for interns to grow in leadership, serve the Church, and make an impact for Christ.
Shandon Residency
The Residency at Shandon is a leadership development pathway designed to equip and send emerging, Gospel-centered leaders for a lifetime of ministry. Our team of seasoned pastors will intentionally invest in residents through deep spiritual formation, theological grounding, mentoring, and practical leadership development within the life of the local church. Whether you feel called to vocational ministry or to faithfully carry Gospel ministry to your vocation, the residency is designed to help clarify calling, increase focus, strengthen healthy rhythms, and prepare leaders to serve the Kingdom of God in the midlands and beyond.
